Education

• Victor attended Linsley Military Institute in Wheeling, West Virginia. Upon graduation he attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio where her received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics with honors and a minor in Zoology and Biology and was designated Phi Beta Kappa. Upon graduation from Ohio University, he attended Ohio State University, College of Law, and received his Juris Doctorate Degree in Law in 1971.

Memberships

• Victor is a member of the Richland County Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association, Ottawa County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a past chairman of the Worker’s Compensation Committee of the Ohio Bar Association as well as a member of the special legislative Committee relating to WC legislation in the State of Ohio.
